For hygiene and safety, socks must be worn at all times in the play areas by both children and adults. Bare feet and shoes are not permitted. Grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.
Please use the hand sanitizer stations provided at the entrance before entering the play areas to help maintain a clean and germ-free environment.
All food, snacks, and beverages must be consumed in the designated parent lounge / seating area only. To maintain cleanliness and prevent allergy risks, no food or drinks are allowed in the play zones. Only water in spill-proof bottles is permitted near play areas.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times while inside the facility. Our team is here to assist, but active supervision is essential for a safe experience.
If you or your child are feeling unwell, showing symptoms of illness, or have a fever, we kindly ask you to visit us another day. This helps keep all our guests safe and healthy.
We encourage gentle and respectful play. Rough play, pushing, climbing on restricted areas, or misuse of equipment is not allowed. Let’s ensure every child enjoys a fun and safe experience.
